Vacation Work Partners

97 student placements were made in 2019. We hope to increase the 31%-35% placement in 2019 to at least 50% by including Vacation Work partnerships in the different sponsorship tiers of ASASBA's network. We hope to expand our pool of partners to include small-medium enterprises that can provide students relevant industry exposure.

"I worked in their MVS (Motor Vehicle Accident) department where i had to help prepare actuarial quantification reports for Claimants of the Road Accident Fund due to a Loss of support...My colleagues were very friendly and did not mind assisting when i needed help. I got to talk with senior Actuaries about the different departments in IAC, which was really interesting."
